Payment
For Internet, Telephone and FAX orders, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Network, American Express – please include card number and the month and year it expires. If you intend to mail your order, we accept credit cards and personal checks. Your credit card will be charged at the time your first paid item is shipped.
Returns or Exchanges
All products ordered from us are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price (minus the cost of the original shipping amount plus 20% restocking fee). Family Journeys must be notified within 3 days of receiving the item. Please contact us prior to returning the item so that we can inform you where to send the return.
Damaged or Defective Gift Baskets
We pride ourselves in providing high quality gift baskets, however in rare instances an item may be shipped that is damaged or defective. You must let us know within 3 days of receiving the gift and we will then tell you where to return/ship the gift to. At that time you will also be given the opportunity to either have it replaced or be credited for it. If you do not want to keep it and desire a refund, within 7 days after first notifying us you must return it to us undamaged, in its original packaging and all of the original package materials and items in place and unused/not worn. When doing so please be sure to ship it back to us carefully repackaged so that no damage will take place during shipping. If it is in new condition we must receive it back in the same condition before receiving credit of the item. Once we have received the items that you sent back we will then refund you the price of the item once seen that it is in new condition.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Coles County, Illinois for the purpose of litigating all claims or disputes.
Waiver
The failure of Family Journeys to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Severed Provisions
If any provision of these Terms of Use is unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
